FAQs

Volume Rates

Volume rates are based on how much space your items take up in our truck or trailer. This is the most common and affordable option for typical household and business junk.

This includes items such as:

  • Furniture

  • Mattresses

  • Boxes and bagged trash

  • Appliances

  • General household clutter

  • Light construction debris

You are charged only for the portion of the truck your items fill

Bedload Rates

Bedload rates are used when materials are extremely heavy. These loads cost more to transport and dispose because local landfills charge by weight, not space.

This applies to material such as:

  • Concrete

  • Dirt, soil, or sand

  • Bricks or stone

  • Roofing shingles

  • Tiles

  • Large tree stumps or logs

  • Heavy construction debris

Even a small amount of these materials can weigh thousands of pounds, which increases fuel, wear on equipment, and disposal fees.

Why We Use Both

Using both pricing methods ensures:

  • You never overpay for light bulky items

  • We can safely and legally haul heavy materials

  • Dumping fees are covered accurately

  • Pricing stays fair for all customers

If you load contains both types of material, we will let you know which pricing applies before any work begins.
